Refund policy
We want every resource to be worth it. If something isn't as described, you can ask for a refund within 30 days - here's exactly how it works.
On this page
1.The 30-day window
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase if a resource is not as described, is faulty, or doesn't match its preview and curriculum tags. Request a refund from the order in your library - tell us briefly what went wrong.
2.How sellers respond
When you request a refund, the seller has 7 days to respond - they can approve it, or reply with a question or a fix. If the seller doesn't respond within 7 days, the refund is automatically approved in your favour. You're never left waiting indefinitely.
3.What happens when a refund is approved
The purchase amount is returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within a few business days. Your access to the resource is removed, and the original tax invoice is replaced with a credit note so your records and the seller's stay correct.
4.Your consumer guarantees
This policy sits alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a resource has a major problem, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the 30-day window.
