How payouts work
Getting paid is straightforward: earnings clear after a short refund window, then transfer to your bank account every Monday. Here's the full picture.
Connect your bank with Stripe
When you become a seller, you verify your identity and add an Australian bank account through Stripe (Connect Express). Stripe holds these details - Rewarding Resources never sees or stores your bank or ID information.
Earnings clear after 7 days
Each sale enters a 7-day refund-clearing window. Once that window passes without a refund, the earnings from that sale are ready to be paid out.
Payouts run weekly on Mondays
Cleared earnings transfer to your bank account weekly, on Mondays. Your first payout typically lands 10 to 14 days after your first sale, once the clearing window has passed.
You keep 80% of every sale
Rewarding Resources takes a 20% commission on the GST-exclusive sale value; you keep 80%. On an $11 sale (GST inc), $1 is GST we hold for the ATO, leaving $10 ex-GST - $2 to us, $8 to you. GST never comes out of your share.
