Four steps to your first sale
Set up your seller profile
Choose a store name, add your state and specialty, then verify your identity with Stripe. Stripe handles ID checks and bank details - we never see or store them.
Upload your first resource
Upload a PDF, Word doc, or ZIP. Add a title, description, cover image, and set your price. Map it to the relevant curriculum descriptors so teachers can find it.
Teachers find and buy your work
Your resource appears in browse, search, and curriculum-filtered results. Buyers pay securely via Stripe and get instant access to download.
Get paid weekly
Earnings transfer to your Australian bank account weekly on Mondays, after a 7-day refund clearing window. Track everything from your seller dashboard.
The details
20% platform commission
We take 20% of the GST-exclusive sale value to cover payment processing, hosting, support, and platform development. You keep 80%. For example, an $11 inc-GST sale leaves $10 ex-GST after we hold the $1 of GST - $8 to you, $2 to us.
GST handled for you
We act as marketplace seller-of-record under Australian tax law. We collect 10% GST on every sale, remit it to the ATO, and issue tax invoices to buyers on your behalf. You don't need to be GST-registered to sell.
30-day refund policy
Buyers can request a refund within 30 days. You have 7 days to respond - if you don't, the refund is automatically approved. Most sellers never see a refund request.
Reviews and ratings
Only verified buyers can leave reviews. Reviews include a curriculum-match score that helps other teachers decide. You can reply publicly to any review from your seller dashboard.
Common questions
Do I need an ABN to sell?
No. You can sell without an ABN or GST registration. We handle GST as marketplace seller-of-record. If you do have an ABN, add it in your seller profile and we'll include it on buyer invoices.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), ZIP archives, and image files. Most sellers upload PDFs or ZIP bundles. Maximum file size is 500 MB per resource.
Can I sell free resources?
Yes. Free resources are a great way to build your store's reputation. They appear in search results and your store profile just like paid resources.
How long until I get paid?
Earnings clear after a 7-day refund window, then transfer weekly on Mondays. Your first payout typically arrives 10-14 days after your first sale.
What if a buyer requests a refund?
You'll get a notification and have 7 days to approve or decline with a reason. If you don't respond, the refund is automatically approved. You're never out of pocket for platform commission on refunded sales.
Can I sell resources I've already listed elsewhere?
Yes, as long as you own the rights. Many sellers list on multiple platforms. Just make sure the content is your own original work.
