How refunds work
Our refund policy is built to be fair to both sides: buyers get a generous 30-day window, and sellers always get a chance to respond first.
If you're a buyer
Request within 30 days
If a resource isn't as described, request a refund from the order in your library within 30 days of purchase. Tell us briefly what the issue is - it goes straight to the seller.
Get your outcome
The seller has 7 days to respond. If they approve, or don't respond in time, your refund is processed back to your original payment method. If they decline with a reason, you can contact support to review it.
If you're a seller
You have 7 days to respond
When a buyer requests a refund, you're notified and have 7 days to approve or decline with a reason, from the seller hub. If you don't respond, the refund is automatically approved.
Invoice becomes a credit note
On approval, the buyer's tax invoice is replaced with a credit note, and the platform commission on that sale is reversed too - so you're never out of pocket for a refunded sale.
