How do I sign in with my school's Microsoft account?

2 min read

Most Australian schools run on Microsoft 365, so signing in with your school account is the quickest way to get into Rewarding Resources - there's no separate password to remember.

On the sign-in page, choose Sign in with Microsoft. You'll be taken to Microsoft's own login, where you enter your school email and password and approve any sign-in prompt your school uses. Once that's done, you're returned to Rewarding Resources, signed in.

The first time you do this, we create your account using your school email. From then on, that one tap signs you straight in. If you also link a Google account, both connect to the same Rewarding Resources account, so your library and purchases stay in one place.

If your school blocks third-party sign-in

Some schools restrict which apps can use a Microsoft account. If you see a message saying access needs admin approval, you can ask your IT team to allow it, or sign up with a personal email instead and verify it within 30 days. You can always link your Microsoft account later from account settings.
