Manage your account and keep it secure

Everything you need to keep your Rewarding Resources account up to date and locked down - from changing your email to turning on two-factor sign-in.

Change your email address

Update your email from account settings. We'll send a confirmation link to the new address - your account isn't moved across until you click it, so a typo can't lock you out.

Update your payment method

Card details are stored securely by Stripe, never by us. Add, change or remove a card from your payment settings at any time.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

Most Australian schools use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Link either account for one-tap sign-in, or use both - they connect to the same Rewarding Resources account.

Turn on two-factor sign-in

Add a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app. We strongly recommend it for sellers, since it protects your store and payout details.

Review your device sessions

See every device currently signed in to your account, and sign out any you don't recognise. Handy after using a shared staffroom computer.

Good to know

Closing your account

You can close your account from settings at any time. If you've bought resources, let us know first - we can arrange access to your tax invoices and download history before the account is removed.

We never store card or bank details

Payments and payouts run through Stripe. Your card numbers and seller bank details are held by Stripe, not by Rewarding Resources.

Lost access to your email?

If you can no longer reach the email on your account, contact support. We'll verify it's you before helping you recover access.
