I bought a resource - where do I download it?

Open your libraryfrom the avatar menu in the top corner. Everything you've ever bought lives there - find the resource and tap download.

You can re-download as many times as you need, on any device, at no extra cost. So if you change computers or accidentally delete a file, just head back to your library and grab it again.

Each order also has its GST tax invoice right beside it, handy for school reimbursement or your own records. And if a seller improves a resource you own, the updated files appear in your library automatically - free of charge.

Can't see your purchase?

Make sure you're signed in to the same account you bought with - if you used Google or Microsoft to check out, sign in the same way. If your payment was still processing, give it a moment and refresh. If it's still missing, contact support and we'll sort it out.
